  • Mandee Rodriguez, CSW

Mandee earned her bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from Weber State University in 2015. She earned her Master’s of Social Work also at Weber State University. Mandee has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years in a variety of settings. Her most recent experience was as a case manager for families with children in the NICU at McKay-Dee Hospital. Mandee is passionate about perinatal mental health, the postpartum experience, and women’s issues in general. She also focuses her work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. She is a Certified Crisis Worker by the State of Utah.

Mandee believes that therapy is a collaborative process and aims to meet clients where they are. She strives to make her time with clients as warm, safe, and welcoming as possible because she understands how challenging it can be to be vulnerable with someone new. She strongly believes that everyone has strengths, and that those strengths can be used to foster positive change and growth. She has training in CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, and incorporates them into her work to help clients meet their goals.
