We work with most major insurance plans so mental health care is more affordable.
Here you will find some helpful information on the insurance plans we work with and how you may receive coverage for mental health services. Please note, our providers work with different insurances and some may not be contracted with all the plans listed below. Please contact our office to be matched with a provider that works with your specific plan.
If you are not covered by a health insurance plan, that is okay! Contact us to learn more about self-pay rates for services. We accept cash, check and card payments.
Depending on your current health insurance plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in part or in full.
We currently have providers who work with the following insurances:
- Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators (DMBA)
- EMI Health
- Health Utah
- Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Select Health
- United Healthcare
- University of Utah
Please contact us to learn more about the specific plans each of our providers work with.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:
It is important that you contact your insurance provider to verify your plan's coverage for mental health services.
We recommend you asking these question to help you determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan have mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, I have met it yet?
- What portion of the services will I be responsible for?
