Melanie Nielsen is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received her undergraduate from Weber State University and her Master of Science in Nursing at Eastern Kentucky University. She completed her clinical rotations in Dallas, Plano and Flower Mound, Texas. She treats children, adolescents, and adult patients with a range of mental health diagnoses, specializing in depression, bipolar, anxiety, ADHD and behavioral issues. She uses a patient centered and evidence-based approach to patient care.
