Chelsea values helping others learn how to thrive in life, despite difficult circumstances and experiences. Currently, she focuses her clinical work with adults and couples impacted by relationship struggles, anxiety, maladaptive perfectionism, depression and overwhelm. She is especially passionate about working with individuals, couples and families navigating relational difficulties that inevitably occur in marriage, parenting, and family of origin relationships. Through warmth and empathy she uses an integrative approach, using various therapeutic models, to empower clients to pursue the life and change they seek.
Chelsea has been married to her husband for 20 years and together they have four children, one son and three daughters. She understands the joy as well as the challenges that exist in relationships, and how they can impact our growth, emotional well-being and quality of life. Her relational and life experiences allow her to show-up as a relatable and compassionate therapist with her clients. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and two adorable but naughty French bulldogs. She has a special appreciation for all things that add beauty to life, including art, design, music, flowers and gardening. She is partial to warm weather and strives to spend time outside when the sun is shining.
