Chelsea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with two decades of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complex challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Family Studies from Weber State University in 2006, followed by her Master of Social Work with a clinical mental health emphasis from the University of Utah in 2008.
Throughout her career, Chelsea has worked across diverse therapeutic settings, focusing primarily on outpatient therapy for youth, adults, couples, and families. She is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate the complex relational dynamics of marriage, parenting, and family-of-origin relationships.
Combining warmth and authenticity with a clinical systems approach and the differentiation model, Chelsea collaborates with clients to transform relational pressure into opportunities for growth. Her goal is to empower individuals to face their limitations, cultivate deep resilience, and build intentional, thriving lives.
