Austin Niederhauser, CMHCI

Austin is committed to helping individuals and families seeking help through therapy to navigate various challenges that get in the way of living a quality life. He has professional experience working with youth and adults experiencing emotional, relational, behavioral, and academic difficulties. He currently focuses his professional work with children (9+), teens, adults and couples effected by couple/marital concerns, family conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger issues, academic difficulties, behavioral difficulties and low self-esteem.

Austin sees counseling as a journey and works with each client using a client-centered approach to help them navigate their own path. Austin uses EFT (Emotion-Focused therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Rogerian based therapy modalities in his practice. He believes growth and change are possible within any individual and family. Austin supports and facilitates change with his clients through his ability to create authentic connection and a safe therapeutic space where clients can be open and address the difficulties they face.
